Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions sellers ask us most often.
General
Who are your services for?
Registered businesses that sell, or want to sell, on eBay. Most of our programmes are designed for sellers based in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Sellers from other countries can use our individual services such as consultations and audits.
Are you part of eBay?
No. Parduota is an independent agency. Some programmes are run in cooperation with eBay, but decisions about accounts, categories and selling limits are always made by eBay.
Which languages do you work in?
English, and on request Lithuanian. [Update with your team's languages.]
eBay Growth Package
Is the Growth Package really free?
For eligible sellers in eligible categories, the package cost is covered as part of the programme. Eligibility depends on your location, business category and eBay's review. Use the eligibility form and we will confirm whether you qualify.
How long does the package last?
Six months, starting from your onboarding date.
Do you guarantee a selling limit?
No. Selling limits and account status are set by eBay. We help you launch in a way that gives your account the best possible start.
Services and payment
How do I book a consultation or an audit?
Send a request through the consultation or audit form. We confirm the time and payment details by email.
How do I pay?
We currently send an invoice after confirming your booking. Online card payment is coming soon.
Can you get my suspended account back?
We assess your case, prepare a clear appeal and guide you through eBay's process. The final decision belongs to eBay, so no one can honestly guarantee reinstatement. Start an assessment.
Data and privacy
Do you need access to my eBay account?
For some services, such as audits and setup, we may ask for limited access. We never ask for your eBay password; access is granted through eBay's own tools where possible.
How do you handle my data?
See our privacy policy.
